No refunds/returns/exchanges due to the nature of the items. 

Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us with pictures showing the damage. 

All decals are shipped with transfer paper already attached.

All decals come with application instructions. Failure to follow these instructions or error in the application do not warrant a refund/exchange.

Permanent/outdoor vinyl is recommended for car/trailer decals, signs etc. (Any decal signs should be protected from the elements as moisture, heat etc will cause the decal to peel off). Permanent vinyl is still removable but not recommended on the painted or wooden surfaces such as furniture, doors, walls as it can damage these surfaces.

For application on furniture, doors, walls etc we recommend removable vinyl. 

We are not responsible for damages that are caused by improper application or application on surfaces that are not recommended.

Neither permanent nor removable vinyl can be reused once removed from a surface.
